The hotel room we booked, a prestige room, felt outdated and in need of a refresh. The bathroom was tired, and the overall size was small. However, the staff, particularly Irene, were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. The location was not ideal, situated outside the city with some facilities needing refurbishment. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in the breakfast options. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel provided decent service and amenities for the price.
